F.A.Q.

  • After you complete the form, I will reach out to you. I will provide preliminary sketches for you to choose from. Once you choose the final sketch, I will move to working on the final piece.

    After the final sketch is approved, a deposit of 50% of the final agreed upon portrait price is due. The second half of the payment is due upon completion and shipment of the piece.

  • Please send clear, high-resolution photos of your pet with good, natural lighting. See the image on the left for some great examples.

    For pets that have sadly passed away, please send me all the photos you can gather. I am more than happy to work with you in these circumstances and come together to create a piece that honors their memory.

  • Once the piece is completed, the portrait will ship flat and unframed to the address you provide. You will be provided the tracking information when it is mailed out, so you will know exactly when to expect your delivery.

    I provide free shipping to everywhere in North America.

  • After the final sketch is approved, portraits take 2-3 weeks to complete depending on the size booked.

    Please allow for an additional week for shipping.

  • All payments are made through Paypal or Venmo.
